The New Owner Portal

In January of 2021, the LRVPOA began using a new owner portal called PayHOA.

This portal allows homeowners to make online payments, view payment history and current balance, review important documents, and update their contact information.

In addition to the above, PayHOA allows the Board to automate invoicing and the assessment of late fees, to utilize more advanced budgeting tools, and to send community-wide text alerts.

If you haven’t received an e-mail asking you to set up a PayHOA account, it probably means that the Board doesn’t have your e-mail on file.  To correct this, please send a message to the Board with your e-mail address and cellphone number.

How are the Roads?

For the latest road condition updates go to the LRVPOA facebook group  This is a closed group, open to LRVPOA members only. To join the group, go to the page and submit a join request.

For those new to or visiting Lost River, please note that the association roads are 15 MPH to keep us all safe, reduce wear/repairs of the road and to keep the dust down. Please feel free to let the board know about any other speeders you encounter. Information will be kept anonymous, and we will kindly reach out to them.
